Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was incomplete

  • The food was damaged or spoiled

  • There was a delivery failure due to our error

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 1 hour of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Refund Process

  • Once we verify the issue, we will initiate the refund within 3-5 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

Note: Refunds are not issued for change of mind or late cancellations once the food is being prepared.
